Please read these terms carefully before purchasing your cover plan

Important Service Plan Information

  • • An additional £2 monthly charge applies for boilers over 7 years old
  • • £50 excess charge applies to toilet repairs (Complete Plan only)
  • • If we cannot provide cover after initial inspection, you may be liable for a £50 service charge if you decline our repair recommendations
  • • Customer-supplied tap installation incurs an £80 charge

Boiler Age & Replacement Coverage

What is the age of your boiler at policy start date?

1-7 Years

Boiler replacement up to £1,500 if beyond economical repair

7-10 Years

Boiler replacement up to £400 if beyond economical repair

10+ Years

Boiler replacement up to £250 if beyond economical repair

Our Fair Pricing Promise

We believe in transparent, fair pricing. No claims in your first year? We cap your second year increase at just 5%. Even with claims, your renewal will be lower than national competitors.

Your renewal price is based on only two factors:

1. Number of Claims

Fewer claims mean lower increases. We reward reliable systems.

0 callouts: 0% increase
1 callout: 2% increase
2 callouts: 5% increase
3 callouts: 20% increase
4+ callouts: 30% increase

2. Inflation

Labour and parts costs increase with inflation. We adjust our prices accordingly to maintain service quality.

Boiler Condition Assessment

Boiler Age 1-12 Years

We can provide full cover. Your boiler falls within our recommended age range for optimal service.

Boiler Age 12-15 Years

Cover is available, but we recommend boiler replacement within 12 months due to age-related reliability concerns.

Boiler Age 15-20 Years

Cover is possible, but replacement is strongly recommended as parts may become unavailable and repairs uneconomical.

Service Response Times

Monday - Friday

Calls between 6pm-12am will be attended next day. Standard emergencies within 24 hours.

Saturday

Calls between 9am-12pm will be attended same day. Other times next working day.

Sunday

Emergency boiler breakdowns attended next working day. Water burst isolation guidance provided immediately.

Service Exclusions

Equipment Not Covered

  • • Showers, shower pumps, and sanitary ware
  • • Non-repairable taps (except washer repairs)
  • • Concealed toilets or cisterns
  • • Decorative radiators (non-standard white)
  • • Water tanks/cylinders beyond repair
  • • Underfloor heating and towel rails
  • • Smart/internet-connected devices

Excluded Boiler Models

  • • Potterton Powermax, Britany
  • • Chaffoteaux, Servowarm
  • • Ariston, Ferroli, Biasi

Fault Exclusions

  • • Pre-existing faults or design issues
  • • Damage from sludge or scale
  • • Weather or freeze damage
  • • Customer-caused damage

Frequently Asked Questions

How often is my boiler serviced?

Annual service included, typically scheduled between March-August. Initial service during your first inspection.

Are there call-out limits?

Unlimited call-outs included in your plan. No restrictions on the number of visits required.

What about contract terms?

12-month minimum term with automatic renewal. Early cancellation requires payment of remaining term balance.

How do I pay?

Monthly direct debit or card payments starting after your initial inspection. Payment schedules are flexible to suit your needs.
